A fantastic stay at Hotel Mesaluna! The location is unbeatable—across from the medical center and next door to the US consulate, making it super convenient for immigration needs. The staff's friendliness stood out, especially Jesús, Aarón, and Miguel, who went out of their way to help with transportation and local tips. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and was included, a real bonus! The room was clean and quiet, which made for a comfortable stay. However, some issues arose with the restaurant. One night, it took over an hour for our dinner to arrive. The gym felt a bit cramped too, but it served its purpose. Overall, I appreciated the hotel’s dedication to cleanliness and its supportive staff, making my long stay easier. Just be prepared for potential delays in dining.

proximity to US consulate, convenience for immigration needs, laundry facilities
The lack of air conditioning instead of heating in the rooms is baffling!!! Plus, the gym feels incredibly cramped, lacking the space to properly work out. Dinner service was agonizingly slow, leaving me frustrated!!!

The kitchenette in the Deluxe Room was a great feature, allowing me to prepare light meals and snacks during my stay.
The gym felt a bit cramped, especially when it was busy, making it hard to get a good workout in.

great location but dining needs improvement
The hotel's proximity to the US consulate made my visa appointment stress-free. I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the property, especially with our Deluxe Room featuring a kitchenette that was perfect for snacks. The daily changing breakfast kept things fresh and tasty, which was a pleasant surprise. I also enjoyed the small gym even if it felt a bit cramped during peak times.
The dining experience could definitely be improved, as service was slower than anticipated, which was frustrating after a long day.

great access to parks and shopping for city explorers
My stay here was great, especially with Parque Central Hermanos Escobar just under 3 km away for a lovely afternoon stroll and the nearby Las Misiones Mall only 500 meters away for some shopping after a day of exploring. it was so convenient to enjoy all these activities without needing to drive or take public transport!

I really enjoyed my time in the Deluxe Room, especially with the kitchenette for snacks and the daily changing breakfast that kept things fresh. There’s a cozy leisure room perfect for winding down and a sun terrace to soak up some rays when you want to chill out. Just a heads-up, the gym is a bit on the smaller side, but it still gets the job done! 😊

It was just a smart choice for a flying visit in Ciudad Juarez with excellent value for money. The friendly staff even offered to help me with local transportation options, which was super helpful. Try to ask for an extra fan if you're staying in warmer months.
